Other room types—including family suites and ocean views—are available at a discounted wedding rate but must be booked through the reservations department, rather than the link below.

We understand that you may want to bring friends and family that we are unable to accommodate on our wedding guest list. Please know they are welcome to join you on your trip for the duration. We just ask that during wedding celebrations, we host only those expressly invited.

Booking Outside of the Room Block:

If you prefer to seek a travel

option than includes airfare, such as Expedia or TripAdvisor, please feel free to do so!

You will still have access to the wedding venues and celebrations. Certain restrictions may apply regarding all-inclusive package options such as premium liquor, transportation and restaurants.

If you plan to book outside of our room block, please notify Valerie by September 30th, 2026.

Transportation:

Transportation to and from the resort upon arrival and departure is included for guests who book through or special room block.

Once your room is reserved, the hotel will be in touch to provide your transportation information and confirmation codes.

For guests booking through external sites, group transportation with other wedding guests may not be available.

Traveling with Kids:

Children and babies are welcome on the entire trip. Please feel free to make this a family trip.

However, during all wedding celebrations, we ask that you secure the day care service in advance, especially during ceremony and reception on 2/7/27.

Moon Palace The Grand - Cancún offers a comprehensive, all-inclusive Kids Club (The Playroom) for children aged 4-12, open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.. It includes supervised, age-divided areas with activities like a climbing tree, arcade, and Xbox, along with designated areas for younger kids (4-7) and older kids (8-17).

Daycare and Childcare Details:

The Playroom (Kids Club): Designed for kids 4-12, featuring indoor and outdoor interactive activities, creativity areas, and a miniature dining room.

Supervision: The upper level caters to ages 4–7 with staff supervision, while the ground floor is for ages 8–17.

Children Under 4: Children under 4 are welcome in the Playroom but must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times.

Babysitting Services: In-room private babysitting services are available for an extra fee.

Amenities: The club provides snacks, drinks, and sometimes lunch for children.

Safety: The resort may provide a cell phone to parents to check in on their children while they are in the playroom.

Access: The Playroom is generally included in your stay if you are staying at The Grand, though guests from other Palace resorts may need a day pass.
